The Queer Variable

A collection of edited interviews with LGBTQ+ people working and studying in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM). Forty LGBTQ+ scientists from around the world shared their experiences and perspectives to create this snapshot of what it's like to be Queer in STEM today. They also offer insights and advice that might be useful to others setting out on a similar journey. Edited by Dr Alfredo Carpineti and Dr Shaun O’Boyle, this book was produced over a two-year period and launched in Pride Month - June 2022.
