The Rossettis

A biography of both the artist, Dante Gabriel Rossetti and his sister, the poet Christina Rossetti. Interestingly, the author used material sourced from a collector of Pre-Raphaelite artwork and ephemera, Samuel Bancroft of Wilmington, Delaware. It is his collection that was later donated to the Delaware Art Museum, which now houses the largest collection of Pre-Raphaelite artwork outside of Britain.
