The Third Universal Event Horizon

What would happen once King Jesus Christ came back, if He decided that He wanted to start His Own space program? While the major repairs and restorations are proceeding on Earth, what kind of changes are being done to the other planets? If given the choice, would you stay on the new Earth, or move to a whole different planet?
