There is a serial killer going around the county killing blind people. A teenage boy and his dog follow numerous strange men around the town and he begins to suspect that one of his neighbors is the killer...His life soon becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy as the boy starts to become experience a decrease in vision...and notices someone is now following him.
