There and Beyond

'There and Beyond' begins in 1956 when five young woman, unknown to each other when the story begins, share a cabin on a ship bound for New Zealand. Felicity is a radiographer from the ‘upper class’, Isobel is a schoolteacher, Caroline is a clerk, and Chrissie and Janet are both from less privileged backgrounds in Scotland. Be entertained and fascinated by lives which encompass a blend of joy, heartache, tragedy, and surprise, and join them in their subsequent reunion in London thirty years later.
