Beschreibung des Verlags

HBFCL has played a key role in providing housing finance for a long time. How would you define this role? Since it was established in 1952, HBFCL has aimed to provide loans to low and middle-income groups. But unfortunately we have been using the same strategies since 1952 with little or no improvement in our performance. At this point, it has become imperative for us to take on a more professional attitude. When compared with HDFC (House Development Finance Corporation) in India, we have made very little progress. Although HDFC was set up much after HBFC, it has still managed to become a profitable institution which offers numerous services to its customers. We must emulate the HDFC model to improve our business operations. We must also realize that HBFCL cannot continue being a single-product company. It needs to diversify or else it will lose its scope.
