Tin Roof is the much anticipated sequel to my debut novel, Carbon Copy. Lilly Allen returns to her hometown of Charleston, South Carolina. While she waits for her fiancé, Grier Garrison, to return, she busies herself with her mansion renovations, her best friend's wedding, and her job as a news reporter. Lilly worries about her twin brother, Luke, and his amnesia since the Baby Cay incident. She fears they rescued one of Luke's clones instead of her real twin.

After months of pining without a word from Grier, she grows closer to her favorite cameraman, Joe. After his confession of undying love, followed by a passionate kiss, Lilly wonders how much longer she can wait. While working on two unrelated news stories, the murder of an immigrant farm worker and a local drug bust, she discovers a shocking connection.
