To My Daughters

I have two beautiful daughters, my greatest accomplishments in life and much of the inspiration for my writing. Over the years they taught me many life lessons with their unconditional love and their innocent childhood honesty. These are 10 poems to them as I watched them grow. Two of the poems were acutally songs written by this author, Rest You Eyes Sweet Baby and That’s How I Remember You. I performed That’s How I Remember You, as father playing the guitar and singing to his daughter, in a school play written and directed by a friend of mine several years ago. I have already started practicing singing Rest Your Eyes Sweet Baby for my new grandson and perform it video associated with this book.
