Traditional Cooking at Toba

This is the eighth book from the Backpack Classroom series. It is all about how to cook fish in the traditional Batak way using a wood fire. This book was written by Angelina Boru Simangunsong who is 11 years old and comes from the Tambunan Lumban Gaol Village near Balige in North Sumatra. The mentor for this book was Taruli Tambunan who wrote the English version of the story.
