Sixteen-year-old Tara MacInnes always loved Celtic myths, but she never planned on being part of one. When her parents die in an accident, Tara is left with lots of questions. She sets out with her friend Mark to find answers, and they journey from this world to the Higher Realms - a place where all the Celtic myths are real. Finding themselves in the middle of a war between the High King and the giants, Tara must discover her true identity before she loses the only family she has left.
