Religion, Politics and the Human Condition or Human Nature are three themes that dominate  Spinoza works, which are so admired and commented my fellow philosophers, theologians, political and social science, psychologists and also writers an poets as Goethe, Byron and many more.


Based on those three themes we selected for the anthology  section of Part III of the Ethics titled On the Origin and Nature of the Emotions which as its title revels with the human elements


We included most of the notes Spinoza included in the Chapter of the Ethics including in this anthology.
