Great post-apocalyptic novel
Suter manages to place the single survivor of a global pandemic at the centre of the story - and not the adventure or zombies or whatnots. The reader gets to know Alan inside out, as this business man and biologist tries to find his way through a deserted Asia back to his family. At times the story does become slightly lengthy, but towards the end I started racing through the pages - is his family still alive? Great novel, worth the money.
Rollercoaster adventure!
A road story set in post-apocalyptic Asia Siberia and Europe. Across Asia in 400+ pages; highly imaginative - great to complete if you have a free weekend. Also check the sequel Fields of Fire.
