Unveiled (Mostly Fictional Stories‪)‬

Each story in this collection unveils a phrase from traditional wedding vows: From This Day Forward; For Better For Worse; For Richer For Poorer, and so on. The Ohio settings shift from the ‘80s to the ‘90s, back to the ‘60s and then up to the 2000s. Frankie is a young girl in one, and in another she is a newlywed. Avery appears as an in-law in one story and as Frankie's neighbor in the next. Vera, a middle-aged housewife, is in two stories.

While the first six stories are definitely fiction, the last story is non-fiction--it's about a ski vacation to Colorado with my best friends from Ohio. I broke the rules by combining fiction and non-fiction in one collection, but it just came out that way.

Readers tend to find the ski vacation story too unbelievable to be true. But that title says it all. Will you believe it?
