Up on the hilltop is a love story that find two star crossed lovers who were separated through age and families. The pair find each other together again in a chance encounter where they both realize they have a second chance at love if they want it. They move fast but find that the other is right there standing next to them as they grow and find the love they were always supposed to have. When they have a chance to go back to where it all began what will the two find up on the hilltop?
