James Johnson, raised in the deadly streets of New Orleans, is sick to death of what the drug epidemic is doing to his race. Using his enormous wealth and Harvard education, he develops groundbreaking technology that leaves the drug game and oil exports on life support and his prophecy fulfilled. However, the Saudi Arabian oil king, Shalik Khalid, has unleashed a vicious death squad on American soil-and the message is clear.
