(TSX:VAA) ('Vaaldiam') is pleased to report that the previously announced acquisition of all of the outstanding shares in Vaaldiam by Tiomin Resources Inc. (TSX:TIO) ('Tiomin'), pursuant to a plan of arrangement under the Canadian Business Corporations Act, has been overwhelmingly approved by Vaaldiam shareholders. The transaction was approved by a vote of over 99% in favour at a special meeting of Vaaldiam shareholders held today.
