The full scale and cunning of Master Werewolf Viktor Tiranul's plan is revealed, which includes the death of test pilot and newly created vampire Tara Harker and her partner John Seward, otherwise known to the world as Dracula.

Both sides are powered by ancient alien technology, and their clash brings death and terror to both Britain and the United States, spiralling quickly out of control and filling the streets of London and Washington D.C. with blood.
