I’ve discovered that it’s often in seasons of big transitions that you learn to take care of yourself whet- her you want to or not. If you are anything like me, that lesson typically comes after you made the choice to put everything and everyone before yourself. The end result is ugly and often accompanied by a rock bottom of sorts; yet, there is beauty in that messy place if you choose to learn form it.
