When Water Thickens

Set against the back drop of eastern North Carolina in the 1990's a serial killer descends upon a college town. A local detective and his strong-willed female partner, along with the eventual help of the FBI, try to stop the predator as the number of victims increase. Set in a time just before technology becomes the forefront of criminal investigation and long before there is a camera on every corner and in every pocket. The town teeters on the edge of chaos as the killer's savagery spills over into the surrounding areas.
