This book is about rediscovering of Who I Am. It is about the physical space I live in, the body. It is about the dynamics of energy in my body and around me, about my emotions and their dynamics. It is about the mind's constructs. And finally, it is a glimpse over the matrices of everything, the consciousness and the governing laws of the universe.
