Per Curiam. Plaintiffs-appellants Hallison Young (Young), Frederick A. Patmon (patmon), and their law firms, Patmon, Young & Kirk, P.C. (PYK), and Patmon & Young, P.C. (PY)(collectivley, appellants) appealed from the district courts order dismissing their claims against the Honorable Patricia J. Boyle (Judge Boyle) and Kathryn Humphrey (Humphrey) in this action alleging numerous improprieties in the Internal Revenue Services (IRS) investigation into appellants tax liability.
