During my 24+ years on active duty and, as a career strategist and leadership coach, I have assisted numerous service members with their transitions over the years, learning, guiding and taking a lot of notes. I did the research, read the books and came up with a plan of action for my own very successful transition and have passed that knowledge on to many others. I have now summarized the key steps in this book. Steps that allowed me to retire stress and debt free. You can do the same thing!
