The appellant, Kevin Blair McPherson, was convicted of aggravated rape, a Class A felony, by a jury of his peers. The trial court found that the appellant was a standard offender and imposed a Range 1 sentence of fifteen (15) years in the Department of Correction. On appeal the appellant presents eleven issues for review.
