Appellant, Garfield Goode, has appealed his conviction following a jury trial on September 15, 1988, in which he was found
guilty of robbery in the first degree and conspiracy in the second degree. He was sentenced to fifteen years' imprisonment
for the robbery conviction and one year's imprisonment for the conspiracy conviction.
