04/22/93 State Tennessee V. Troy Jack Bonestel And

The appellants, Troy Jack Bonestel *fn1 and James G. Davidson, were convicted of aggravated burglary, a Class C felony, following their respective pleas of guilty to the offense. The trial court sentenced both appellants to pay a fine of $3,000 and serve three (3) years in the Department of Correction as Range I standard offenders pursuant to the parties' plea bargain agreements. The trial court refused to suspend the appellants' sentences and place them on probation.
