American States Insurance Co. v. Skrobis

SCHUDSON, J. Skrobis Painting and Decorating, Inc. (Skrobis) appeals from a summary judgment declaring that its insurance policy with American States Insurance Co. (American) did not provide coverage for the cost of remediating a fuel spill. Because the trial court correctly concluded that the absolute pollution exclusion of the policy precluded coverage, we affirm. I. BACKGROUND
