The court found: 1. That there was no evidence to support the Industrial Commissions findings that Baeza sustained temporary or permanent disability as the result of an accident occurring on August 28, 1945; 2. that there was no evidence showing that any disability that Baeza then had was the result of an accident which he sustained on August 28, 1945; 3. that the accidental injury of August 28, 1945, resulted in no temporary or permanent disability.
