Appellants Brent and Heather Bailey appeal a summary judgment granted in favor of appellee Progressive County Mutual Insurance
Company (Progressive). In three points of error, the Baileys generally contend the trial court erred in granting summary judgment
in favor of Progressive. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court's judgment and remand for further proceedings
consistent with this opinion.
