Cells and Genetics

This book is an overview of the concepts behind Cells and  Genetics.  It looks our history with discovering and understanding class.  Their component parts, the processes they perform to keep themselves and the organism they are part of alive.  It looks at the concept of defining life, in addition to the history of genetics and the basis of what the genetic code does.  This book is designed to align with the Maine Learning Results, AAAS’s Benchmarks for science Literacy and provide the foundational knowledge required to meet the NGSS.
