Chambers v. Pierson

Plaintiff Charles Chad Chambers appeals the judgment entered for the defendant in the District Court of the Sixth Judicial District, Park County, pursuant to a jury verdict finding the defendant was not negligent when the truck driven by him struck the plaintiff as he rode his bicycle in the crosswalk in front of defendants truck. We reverse in part and remand for a new trial.
