Publisher Description

SANDSTROM, Justice. Kevin Ternes appeals from a judgment of conviction for driving under the influence, driving under suspension, driving without
liability insurance, and failing to give information or render aid in an accident. Ternes claims police officers were not
justified in making a warrantless entry and arrest in his home. Ternes also claims his statements should be suppressed because
officers failed to give him a timely Miranda warning. We affirm the conviction.
