City Orem v. Kari Henrie

Defendant/appellant Kari Henrie appeals her convictions for leaving the scene of an accident, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 41-6-30 (1993), and driving under the influence of alcohol, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 41-6-44 (1993). She claims the trial court erred in denying her motion to suppress evidence gathered at her home. We affirm.
