This is an introduction to the English public of the Bagua Seven Stars Staff. Presented here are the routines for this weapon from two different lineages, that of Guo Gumin and that of Liu Xinghan. Both versions are similar, but have some interesting differences. This book allows the student to compare and contrast the two lineages.
