F. J. Dieter v. H. W. Scott

In this action the plaintiff seeks to recover rent claimed to be due from the defendant under certain leases covering a business block in the city of Montpelier. Judgment was for the defendant and the cause is here upon the plaintiffs exceptions to the findings of fact and to the judgment.
