1 This case involves the right, if any, of parents of a deceased workman, who have suffered a pecuniary loss by reason of his death, to recover the death benefits from decedents employer or insurance carrier, which benefits are provided under applicable provisions of the Workmens Compensation Act, notwithstanding such decedent left a surviving spouse.
