Haakenson v. Coldiron

On October 17, 1936, the superior court for Pierce county, in an action brought by W. I. Coldiron against Ellen P. Coldiron, entered an interlocutory decree of divorce, under the terms of which the defendant was awarded alimony against the plaintiff, in the amount of $60 monthly, and a further sum of $65 a month for the support of the minor child of the parties. That interlocutory order required the plaintiff to assign $125 monthly to the defendant, from payments receivable by him from the New York Life Insurance Company, for health insurance.
