Haas V. Abrahamson

Petitioner Brian Haas appeals the district court's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Haas was convicted in Wisconsin state court of first-degree murder in violation of Wis. Stat. § 940.01 and injury by conduct regardless of life in violation of Wis. Stat. § 940.23 and sentenced to life imprisonment with a consecutive term of 15 years to follow. We affirm.
