Haase v. Commissioner of Public Safety

In this appeal from the district courts decision sustaining the revocation of his drivers license under the implied-consent law, appellant argues that the revocation is based on evidence obtained from a police officers warrantless entry into the garage of appellants home, in violation of the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article 1, Section 10, of the Minnesota Constitution. We reverse.
