Han v. Horwitz

Lawrence and Elizabeth Han, plaintiffs below, filed an action to rescind a purchase of realty on the grounds that they had been fraudulently induced to enter into the contract to purchase by misrepresentations of a realty salesman. At the close of plaintiffs case, defendants motion for a directed verdict was granted and judgment entered in accordance therewith, from which this appeal is brought by the plaintiffs.
