Holiday Distraction

Friends who have drifted apart realize they want more than friendship...will they be able to let go of the past and make their holiday distraction last forever?

Kelsey Stephens had accepted what was the new normal for her and her once good friend. They were no longer friends. She had been avoiding him to make things easier for their other mutual acquaintances yet when he seeks her out she is thrown when she realizes that she had misjudged him. Misjudged the tension that had grown between them for the last few years. The man who was her friend had started to look at her as more than a friend…and until now she couldn't even admit to herself she had too. Now she had to rethink everything and decide if she could open herself to him.  

Dexter Morris knows he messed up how he handled his changing feelings for Kelsey. She'd distanced herself and he had been trying to get past the walls she had built. He wasn't used to expressing himself verbally. He was better at the non-verbal. But this time and the way things are, with Kelsey, he has to get this woman who has captured him to give them a chance. Kelsey may accept he wants more but is she ready to realize that this wasn't just a holiday distraction.
