In re Atterbury

BY THE COURT, This is an appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. The appellant, Leslie H. Atterbury, referred to as the witness, was adjudged to be in contempt of Court for refusing to answer questions before the Grand Jury. He was fined the sum of $500 and was ordered arrested and placed in custody, to remain in custody until he purged himself of the contempt by answering the questions of the Grand Jury.
