This is an appeal from a money judgment against appellant in the sum of $270,000, plus pre-judgment interest in the amount of $139,445.23, attorneys fees in the sum of $46,650, and exemplary damages in the sum of $1,000,000. The judgment of the court, dated March 5, 1987, states findings of intentional and malicious fraud, theft and misappropriation of funds and properties, breach of fiduciary duty, and false representations relied upon by appellee.
