James B. Friant v. Sandra J. Friant

HOLLAND, Justice: James B. Friant ("Father") and Sandra J. Friant ("Mother") are the parents of two minor children, Michelle L. Friant and James B. Friant, Jr. The Father and Mother are divorced. The Mother has legal custody of both children, as part of a New Jersey divorce decree. 1 For several years, since the divorce, the children have resided with their Mother in Delaware. The Father has also resided in Delaware for the last several years.
