CROCKETT, Justice: Plaintiff sued to recover damages for injuries suffered when she stepped on a loose water meter lid, which was maintained by Provo City near the edge of plaintiffs lawn. A jury rendered a verdict for the plaintiff for $10,000 general and $3,992.40 special damages. Defendant appeals.
