Johnson County v. Kriz

modifying a decree of divorce entered on the 1st day of March, 1946. The decree ordered Olsen to pay Mrs. Olsen $100 per month for each of two minor children, and further to pay $200 per month as alimony until Mrs. Olsen remarried. Olsen moved the court to modify the decree on the alleged grounds of a material and permanent change in his circumstances. The district court denied Olsens motion to modify on the basis that Olsen failed to show a sufficient change in his circumstances and Olsen has appealed.
