Baseball and business are in my DNA and both have taught me the importance of principles and systems.  The principles I believe in encourage openness, seek to understand operational constraints and promotes profit over quality.  I also believe the principle of private property and the principle of need could be balanced in our lives as long as we have clearly defined goals with a realistic understanding of outcome. Everyday we have an opportunity to live our lives in a reactive or proactive manner.   I choose to be proactive as I execute plans to promote habits inline with my desired quality of life.
