Labranch v. Scott

Plaintiff brought this action seeking damages for injuries alleged to have been sustained by him in an automobile accident when he was negligently struck by defendants automobile while he was crossing a highway on foot. Defendant answered, denied negligence on his part, and alleged contributory negligence on the part of plaintiff. Trial of the cause by a jury resulted in a verdict for defendant, and plaintiff has appealed from the judgment which followed. The only grounds for reversal urged by appellant are that the court
