Lacaze v. United States

The four appellants, Joseph Michael Lacaze, Charles William Acevedo, Douglas Arceneaux and Virginia Cain, were convicted by a jury of the unlawful sale of narcotic drugs in violation of Section 4705(a) and Section 7237(b) of the Internal Revenue Code. They bring eight separate specifications of error on appeal. Our rejection of all of them will follow a summary of the facts.
