Muster In The Dust

An amazing beautiful and epic read

This book was so beautiful and I loved it so so much!

“Muster in the dust” is the fifth book in the series of Elsie Creek and the books just keep getting better and better.
Mel A Rowe keep building upon The township of Elsie Creek and now we get the “Muster sisters” Mandy and Mindy Must from the Must farm, Rigsy the “Drifter” and the dreamer, a cursed farm, a water diviner, a family feud, beautiful horses, a lot of history and the the big race that can solve all their problems.

If this was a real town it would be my first place to travel to just to see all the history, nature, the artwork on the buildings, taking a ride on the plane to see everything from above and get a drink with the water Buffalo Cecil, see the crocodile Karma predict a race, see a horse race or a softball game featuring all the wonderful women of the series and maybe have a fling with a handsome cowboy (there is a lot of them around;-)!

I loved the romance between Mandy and Rigsy.
It is definitely an opposites attract, fake dating, friends to lovers romance since Mandy is very levelheaded and Rigsy is the big dreamer.
She wants to prove herself to her father but often stand in the background and let everyone else take the honor for her work and now she needs to get away from the Must farm and her family for a while to grow and figure out who she is and what she wants from her life. Rigsy comes into the picture when he stands up for her against her father which nobody else has done before and that gives her the strength and opportunity to take of with him and take her first vacation ever.
Rigsy has the dream of owning his own farm and he has the chance of buying a farm that might be cursed but he needs some help deciding if it is worth the risk. He knows how to get the money but everything else is a blur so he agrees to go with her to ball so she can piss her father of and get the job she wants at the farm if she will help him with a business-plan and deciding if the farm is worth taking the risk on.
They end up spending a-lot of time together and he really helps her open up, have fun and to see what is outside the Must farm. They fall in love but she has unfortunately kept a secret from him that can ruin everything is it possible for him to forgive her when he figures it out? And will her family accept him since her father has only shown hate towards him from the start?

Seriously read this series you will definitely not regret it and I am totally sure that you will fall in love with Elsie Creek and it’s inhabitants.
I can’t wait for the next installment because I need to know what happens next:-)!
I can definitely recommend this book.
