Publisher Description

Fifteen years ago, during coaching sessions, I discovered in my clientele a population that complained of "thinking too much". These people had a lot in common: they were hypersensitive, creative, non-conformist and awkward in their social relationships. They thought of themselves as empathetic, benevolent and affectionate, but often came across as too affective, intrusive and provocative. They were regularly called "Care Bears", their kindness passing for stupidity and their hypersensitivity for fragility. When I began to better understand their profile, I deliberately rejected the terms "gifted" and "high potential" which have since become widespread in the literature on the subject.

All superefficients complain of not mastering social codes and not capturing the implicit. They often feel embarrassment, discomfort, a shift in their relationships with others, without knowing what to attribute it to. They feel that they are making blunders, that they are disturbing, that they are exasperating… It's exhausting and discouraging.
